Last month I received a text from a friend and ministry partner asking if I would be interested in collaborating on a new podcast dedicated to the study of the early Christian movement. The goal would be to participate in a theological conversation that seeks to see movements reignited locally and globally. A few weeks later, this new project was born!
The Ephesiology Podcast
“Ephesiology” is the study of the beginnings of the early Christian movement in first-century Ephesus. This project is not a commentary on the New Testament book of Ephesians (we just started a teaching series on Ephesians at Restoration Church this week). Instead, we’re intentionally looking at the principles of the movement that has changed the trajectory of the world for nearly 2000 years. This is the same movement that God started and is continuing even today.
If you’re looking for a new podcast to add to your regular listening habits that is rich in theology, emphasizes missions and movements, and deals honestly with the raw issues at stake in seeing the Christian movement reignited in our communities, then this is for you. It’s a multi-state conversation with a global perspective that I know you will benefit from.
